The ten commandments of the new constitution
Although the history of the printed word can be traced back to 200 AD, printing, as we see and read today, started in 1439 with the invention of mechanized printing by the German inventor Johannes Gutenberg. He is now respected as the father of the modern printing press.
Almost 500 years later, in 1940, the Poona Press Owners Association began the process of reviewing its own constitution in order to update it and stay at par with the times. In the meanwhile, the association had takennote of the considerable progress made by the printing industry in Americato have begun sharing scholarly articles and insights, applauding individual achievements, organizing workshops, supporting technological developments and business innovations, and spreading information about government business incentives in an attempt to uplift its own industry here.
